Born in Lexington and raised on a cattle farm in Fayette and Clark Counties, Knox is deeply rooted in Central Kentucky and dedicated to its unique culture and incomparable Bluegrass landscape.

Knox has been in the land-use business for over fifteen years, having successfully worked in the fields of planning and zoning, smart-growth advocacy, and property acquisition in Central Kentucky. She also has personal talents in complex project management, residential renovation work, and design.

As a licensed attorney with experience in most aspects of the real estate industry from policy lobby to adaptive re-use renovations, Knox brings a comprehensive eye to the building process—resulting in beautiful projects built on task and true to form.

Knox earned a J.D from the University of Kentucky and a B.A. in history from the University of the South. Knox is the recipient of the LYPA Rising Star and Bluegrass Tomorrow Vision Awards.
